The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip, with easy access to tourist spots and a vibrant area. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions and answering all of our questions. We appreciated their assistance in making our trip enjoyable.
Limited Privacy and Unappealing Coffee. Unfortunately, our inside room lacked privacy, as the window only looked onto the interior stairway and hallways.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to a metro station and within walking distance to the city centre. The room was recently refurbished and had comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was modern and had a great shower. The breakfast offered a good choice of options, including delicious Portuguese custard tarts. The receptionists were helpful and the hotel had facilities such as a kettle and a safe in the room.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many good restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast included some surprisingly nice pastries, such as the traditional Pasteis de Nata.
All was great, nothing to improve.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of the best aspects. It was very close to the Liberdade metro station, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel was also situated next to the main street with a great selection of restaurants and high-end stores. The room was quiet and clean, providing us with a peaceful and comfortable stay. the breakfast offered fresh and tasty options, we started our day off right. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even arranged a birthday surprise for my wife at breakfast. The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to the metro station. The breakfast had a wide variety of pastry options and the option to take away coffee or tea was a great perk. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel provided a personal touch and made our stay memorable.
